We are approved by the EP&CCD Department / EPA Punjab for hazardous and non-hazardous wastes, plastic waste collection & recycling, organic wastes, pesticides, agro-wastes, industrial chemical wastes, ETP sludge, hospital wastes and all types of battery recycling.

Muhammad Naseer

Chief Executive Officer

Founder of ATWM. Having 26 years of experience in sustainable waste management, circular economy system and integrated waste management — along with vast international exposure for waste management in Dubai, Portugal and Saudi Arabia — hosting international delegations and study visits of academia and NGOs. The waste management facility is being run under his supervision through community development and public welfare.

Dr. Muhammad Younis Zahid (PhD)

Head — Health Safety and Environment

Techno-legal environmentalist, climatologist & HSE expert. Ex-Director, Environment Protection Department Punjab with 36 years enforcing environmental law. PhD Environmental Management, M.Phil Environmental Sciences, PGD in Environmental Management, Environmental Laws and HSE. Certified master trainer of dengue epidemic control and management from Thailand/Sri Lanka. Liaison personnel for waste management. Executive Member, Punjab Climate Action Network.

Hassan Zahid

Head Operations & Coordination

Leads client operations, fleet logistics and coordination — your first point of contact for consultations, tenders and partnerships. Having vast experience in waste management, cooperation with government departments, NGOs, Academia for study visits and clients. He is the liaison personnel, authorized representative and focal/contact person for waste management.

Dr. Anthony S. Wexler, Director of the Air Quality Research Centre at the University of California, Davis, visited in January 2026 for a facility tour.

United Nations

A UN Occupational Health & Safety representative visited for an on-site review of waste management operations.

Pakistan Tobacco Company — UK & Pakistan Delegation

A joint delegation including representatives of BAT UK, EY UK and Blinking City Italy toured ATWM facilities in July 2025 to verify circular waste management practices.

EPA Punjab

Visited by DG EPA and his higher-ranked officers in August 2025, who appreciated our operations and joined our tree plantation campaign.

Worker Safety First

All workers are medically examined biannually, trained on waste-specific health hazards, certified through Rescue-1122 emergency response training, and equipped with full PPE. Fire and emergency escape drills are conducted regularly, with safety instructions displayed across all premises.
