Integrated Waste Management Divisions

EPA-approved service ecosystems engineered to return every waste stream — hazardous, organic, plastic or chemical — back into the circular economy.

Division 01

Hazardous Waste Management & Incineration

All categories of hazardous waste — hospital, pharmaceutical, pesticides, paints, solvents, chemicals, fertilizers, textile waste and ETP sludge — are destroyed in our EPA-approved incinerators at the Small Industries Estate, Kasur.

  • Two incinerators — 1,000 kg/hr and 500 kg/hr — with conveyor-belt intermittent feeding
  • Water scrubbers with full re-circulation; scrubbed sludge re-fed to the incinerator
  • Flue gases quenched to 90–100°C, preventing re-formation of unwanted compounds
  • Bottom ash converted into concrete construction blocks — net zero waste operation
  • Quarterly compliance status reports submitted to EPA Punjab

Division 02

Non-Hazardous / Organic Waste Management

Industrial organic wastes, kitchen waste and ETP sludges from food industries are co-digested in our large anaerobic digester using cow dung as inoculum — capturing methane that would otherwise escape as greenhouse gas.

  • Large anaerobic digester (biogas plant) with GHG capture
  • Captured methane fuels our plastic molding division as renewable fuel
  • Digestate separated by rotary screen press into biosolids and liquid manure
  • Fresh event/food waste bio-converted through poultry; stale waste co-digested

Plastic Waste Recycling

As an EPA Punjab licensed plastic collector (LHR-COL-1153) and recycler (LHR-REC-1156), we process post-industrial and post-consumer plastics — carry bags, packaging, hospital products and plastic utensils — into recycled granules.

  • Category-wise and color-wise sorting for maximum material value
  • Washing, crushing and molding into granules for recycling & upcycling
  • 195 KW solar power runs machinery; biogas methane fuels molding
  • Washing water treated and re-circulated; settled sludge incinerated

Battery Recycling

EPA Punjab granted environmental approval (Dec 2025) for our battery recycling unit spanning 30 kanals at Raiwind Road, Lahore — covering all battery chemistries under strict SOPs.

  • Lead & nickel batteries recycled today; lithium-ion machinery under installation
  • SOP-driven neutralization, mechanical dismantling and segregation
  • Motorized vibrating scrap feeder per EPA approval conditions
  • Rainwater harvesting system integrated into unit premises

Division 05

Biogas & Renewable Energy

Our energy strategy is green-taxonomy aligned: a large solar plant powers machinery while captured methane replaces fossil fuel in plastic molding — turning greenhouse gas into industrial energy.

  • 195 KW solar array for renewable plant operation
  • Methane (GHG) captured from anaerobic digestion used as renewable fuel
  • Non-carbon power sources across all machinery operations

Composting & Vermicomposting

Digestate from our biogas plant is separated into biosolids and nutrient-rich liquid manure. Biosolids feed windrow vermicomposting; liquid manure returns to farms as a crop supplement — closing the nutrient loop.

  • Windrow vermicomposting of biogas plant biosolids
  • Liquid manure delivered to farming as nutrient supplement
  • Bioremediation through nature-based solutions

Division 07

Waste to Energy — Renewable Biofuel

Our Renewable Biofuel Division converts organic residues into solid renewable fuels — replacing coal and firewood in industrial boilers and kilns.

  • Biomass cake / briquetting device for organic waste-to-energy conversion
  • Mobile tree-trim shredder / chipper producing renewable biomass fuel chips on-site
  • W2E pathways integrated with incineration ash recovery into construction blocks
